The Community Alternatives Program for Children and Adults, CAP/C Program for Children and CAP/DA for Adults, provides home and community-based services to children and adults who are subject to institutionalization.
We provide this program to eligible individuals who meet the Medicaid and CAP/C’s eligibility criteria.
